spent ten minutes in the waiting room and then just over an hr in the exam room waiting. Dr Bhalla was nice.. but spent only 23 minutes with him and this was my first visit. He did not ask a single question regarding my history even tho I've had thyroid issues for 15 years. His physical exam lasted about 10 seconds.. 2 seconds to palpate my thyroid, 5 seconds to listen to both lungs and heart and a quick check for edema on my legs.. which I have.. but he missed. I would not recommend.
I've received good care. There has been problems with shipments of ozempic.
