I am blown away by the experience we had with Dr. Gauquie this week. I needed an appointment immediately for my 6 year old son- his crown was cracked, exposing sharp edges to his tender mouth- he couldn't eat without crying. I called the dentist who put it on and they gave me a lot of excuses about why they couldn't "fit us in at the last minute" despite my attempt to explain the situation. I had an incredible experience at Michael’s and Gauquie dental office while getting my teeth straightened with Fast Braces. Dr. G was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I was on a time crunch as I was getting married in less than a year and Dr. G had me in and out of those braces in about a 6 month period (my teeth are overachievers). I was ecstatic! I had a dental emergency over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and it's like the person that answered the phone could feel my pain and the urgency in my voice. She had me come in right away. When I checked in she remembered my call and again she was amazing. I was taken care of with urgency, excellency and compassion. I will never forget this experience. Thank you so very much!!
