Unmatched customer service and care in Pitt County medical fields. Their facilities are spotless. All services and fees are transparent and comprehensible. My preferred name was used immediately. Literally same vibes as a Med spa in LA. Shout out to Lisa my hygienist. She's the real one.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Michels for many years. The entire team is wonderfully professional, talented, and caring. I got four crowns four years ago. Having had such a long history of dental struggles, Dr. Michels gave me a smile I never thought I’d have. Today, I had yet another dental scare. I met a newer member of the doctor team, Dr. Carter. He evaluated me and completely set my mind at ease. I’m a minister. I know he’s in the dentistry field, but his care today felt pastoral. I’m thankful beyond words.
