The worst experience I've ever had with mail order. Books never received, poor communication about shipping and unhelpful response once I realised I wasn't going to receive the books.
Amazing array of special editions that you can't find anywhere else. Actual signatures of all our literary heroes.
This "book publisher" has shipped me REPEATED damaged books or incorrectly described books only to respond with zero care for this. They don't accept returns even if the book isn't as described AND now say they won't do a refund on something they haven't even shipped.
Nice guy
