They repaired my bumper from an accident. Staff was great. Took a while to get on the schedule because it was driveable, but once I got in the process was quick and the communication was great, and it was returned to me in good condition.
Helped me out when I really needed it. Great people

Horrible -screwed up on our car and so they had to fix what they didn’t do , and said they would pay for the rental during this extra unexpected time however then refused to do so when the car was done. So we were left with an hefty rental bill. Unprofessional . Do not go there !
This is my second experience at Gaumond's; the first was a minor accident awhile back and the damage was repaired quickly. The repair was so good you couldn't tell it had been repaired. The second was recently. Carol Gaumond was in regular contact with me. We brought the SUV there after the independent adjuster wrote a visible damage estimate.
