DO NOT GO HERE! They tried to tell my daughter that her car's engine needed to be sealed because it was leaking oil. The car was in excellent condition and another mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it. The receptionist told my daughter that she could afford to fix it. I guess they prey on college kids who may not know better.
Been going here 4 years now, always great service. Had first issue after a regular transmission service, but they brought it back in immediately and had it resolved and on the road again in less than an hour. Thanks to Tammy, both Jasons and Justin for all excellent service - as always!
Twice they did not 'top off' fluids under the hood. This time it was the antifreeze, the last time it was the wiper fluid. For over $120.00 for an oil change and oil filter (nothing else, didn't have the tires rotated) these people are thieves. We took our Cadillac in for service at Matthew's Cadillac a few weeks ago...$70.00 for an oil change and filter plus a tire rotation. Matthews even washed our car. Gault Toyota is a rip off.
Always go for a second opinion, don't believe in their diagnosis. I was fooled.
Not a fan, I heard so many negative stories from my colleagues . They always try to rip off.
