Sorry to report, the Gault company has lost its way! Find another option. Here is why.... My last HVAC service visit required a 3 month notice to schedule. The tech arrived that day 3 hours AFTER the 2 hour window provided. I mentioned to them how disruptive this was to stay home from work and work my call schedule around it, only to have the window move so significantly. They did not care. I had a new A/C system installed and a new set of smart thermostats by Gault last week. It was a pretty big job but they completed it in one day. The technicians could not have been more pleasant or professional. And everything has worked flawlessly since. I've been a Gault customer for over 40 years and have never been disappointed.
