Waste of time trying to make appts with them. Direct line goes one guy's cell and he is always too busy to get anything straight. Yeah, he's local, but he is also full of his own self-importance. 7-30-25 (Update) In Response - I'm sure you are right, and the calls telling us you would arrive in 10 min instead of at an actual appt time are perfectly acceptable for Electricians.
