I had withheld making this review in the hope that the open issues would be addressed last week. Gault Electric began installing a standby generator over 8 weeks ago, and while they returned multiple times to complete the installation and get it operational, they have failed to resolve the remaining issues over the past 6 weeks. Despite numerous conversations with Gault, they have not lived up to their promises and commitments to address the issues in a timely manner. I got a written estimate for two totally unrelated items. I called and said I wanted to do one of them. The girl on the phone said the estimator said no , he wanted $50 more. Very poor business practice. I guess a written estimate from Gault electric don't mean much? 1 rating
Gault Electric installed my whole-house GENERAC generator. They are the most professional group, from the front office to the installers. The importance of customer service is instilled in the staff by Mike, the President & CEO. As retired military, I was impressed by Mike personally checking on the job until it was complete. These Guys were the Absolutely the Best. The First Time that we EVER Received a Thank You Card from a Company that we Used. Blew us Away. Kevin & Paul & the Helpers were Professional, but yet so Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Helpfull. Always answered any Questions that we Had. We feel so Safe with our Electrical System.
