I had withheld making this review in the hope that the open issues would be addressed last week. Gault Electric began installing a standby generator over 8 weeks ago, and while they returned multiple times to complete the installation and get it operational, they have failed to resolve the remaining issues over the past 6 weeks. Despite numerous conversations with Gault, they have not lived up to their promises and commitments to address the issues in a timely manner.
