Quick and professional service. Worked directly with my mom's insurance company which lowers the stress of the repairs!
Had a small bumper repair done after hitting a woodchuck. I called my insurance and was advised to have estimate sent to them and they would issue me a check..Went to Gault ....should have listened to red flag and went elsewhere. They said that the insurance should be directly dealing with them in case estimate increases. Why would that happen, I thought? I was quoted 1400$ and change and submitted that to my insurance. They swiftly sent check minus my 500$ deductible. Went to get car 4 days late and the bill was 2100.00. Th... read more
