I'd like to thank Jody, Mark, Amanda in finance and Braith for all their help in purchasing a new Isuzu Ute from Gaukrogers. This is the third vehicle I've bought from them and first Isuzu, they made it a pleasure to buy from them.
After being told by Coffs Harbour Isuzu that the turbo tube was damaged causing 2017 D-Max to go into limp mode. 7 days to replace same then having vehicle go into limp mode again near Glen Innes. Tony from Gaukroger Isuzu organised for a scan of the vehicle and found the turbo was not functioning properly. Unknown mechanic was helpful in explaining his findings and Stacey was prompt in organising a replacement turbo. Big ticks to staff at Gaukroger Isuzu for friendly, prompt and detailed service.
