I would recommend Gaukroger's Used cars for their excellent and respectful service in finding me the car I really wanted. A big thankyou to Chad (Used cars) and Amanda (Finance and Insurance) for their attentive service. Thankyou to the young Lady who took me in person when I got there (As I was a first time customer, not really knowing where to go.) From start to finish I was looked after. D-Max went into limp mode while towing from Coffs Harbour 80 K from Inverell. Tony from Inverell Isuzu squeezed our vehicle in. Diagnosed faulty turbo and replaced turbo in three days under extended warranty. Big ticks to Tony, Stacey and workshop crew for getting us back on the road. Great friendly service.
Absolute legends! Had our car break down an hour out of Inverell had a tow truck deliver our car here late in the arvo, went in first thing the next morning and they managed to squeeze our car into their schedule and get us back on the road with the next few hours. Staff are lovely, very supportive and fair prices. Very very pleased with the service provided!
Now this will be a bit biased, I go there all the time. To pickup their waste oil. Very friendly and obliging staff. Very busy place, appears organised. There how's that.
The staff were lovely and really tried to help, unfortunately it took more than 5 weeks from when my car first went in to when it was fixed due to a number of issues including parts and staff. On picking it up I was told that the car had little life left and the cost to repair it would be prohibitive and then got hit with a correspondingly large bill (thankfully not for all 5 weeks of in and out work). So 2 stars for great staff -3 for length of time taken and mazda parts
