Customer service was terrible, answered phone and left office while dealing with us. Terrible experience for my son’s first vehicle. Couldn’t even fill Ute with fuel. Then go down the day after purchase as the key doesn’t work and get attacked about the review you left! Braith Gartshore your a joke!

RESPONSE TO OWNER: Mark, suggesting the customer is the problem is not customer service. After years of purchasing from your dealership, when a genuine concern was raised, you chose to deflect responsibility rather than investigate it. Fantastic people to deal with. Had my car serviced with them today. The ladies in customer service are the best. Friendly greeting. As I was going to wait I was escorted to the waiting room, asked if I would like the TV on and would I like tea or coffee. Highly recommended and I would never go any where else to have my car serviced. Even had my car washed. Excellent service all round.
