Please disregard the review - my community no longer contracts with Gaughan Companies for management services.
This company has terrible customer service. I’ve repeatedly tried contacting them for several issues and no response. As residents of our association, we are told to follow our rules and guidelines but are unable to do so because of their lack of communication when timely issues arise. It seems that certain residents are able to do what they please and not be held accountable while others are fined for petty items. I am disappointed that we have this so called company managing our association.
It’s almost like to work here you have to have zero customer service skills. My association pays for them to work for us, yet I have heard so many complaints and I literally thought it was because it was a bunch of old whiney people but in reality it’s true. Jerilyn, the one with zero customer service skills, who is our property manager should have her “work from home” status removed because she doesn’t answer any phone calls, or returns them or answer emails.
