The staff here are so helpful. The technicians are great. I was glad to have met Jason , 1 of the techs here . He helped me when I was a little lost. I also had the chance to meet the head of the parts department and one of his assistants. They were both very kind and welcomed me and made me feel good about my decision to stop here. If you want to be lied to then this is the place for you! Vehicle has been sitting for service there for 3 months untouched. The told me it would be done a month ago, then 2 weeks. Then we walk in there today and ask how the truck is coming along. They said "it's in the shop being working on right now" funny because we can see it sitting in their overflow lot. I've also tried buying several trucks from them and I couldn't get a phone call. Now I have 9 Ford vehicles in my fleet and not one I could purchase from them even tho... read more
