Great atmosphere and fun workout classes
I joined GFS after numerous recommendations on a Facebook mom group. The results I got after 7 short weeks were incredible. Shelley has put together a program that helps you with nutrition and your workouts, she pushes you to levels that you didn’t think you were capable of. I do the prerecorded workouts as it’s is best for my schedule. I have enjoyed them so much, during the recording I feel like Shelley is speaking directly to me. I’ve been with GFS for a year, and absolutely love it! Lost weight and in the best shape of my life!
I joined GFS a few years ago and was thrilled to find a gym so close to home. I haven't gotten into the virtual sessions following the pandemic but glad that Shelley has pivoted her business in the most trying of times to offer virtual, small group fitness classes and more. My preference is evening in-person classes, so if there are any ladies out there interested in joining me, try out GFS today!
coach shelley is amazing at helping you achieve your goals. she is always helping you with recipes and dietician info….she is so funny too… great sense of humour….i was intimidated to go to a new gym and i felt great the first day and look forward to every workout.
