Waited over four hours for ten minutes worth of time.
Kim, one of the “higher ups”, completely violated HIPAA when contacting a member of my family (spitefully, might I add) to disclose treatment information. I never sat down with this woman one time during my stay here. She also refused to let me re-enter treatment upon leaving, even though I watched her immediately re-admit at least one other client. I am talking to malpractice attorneys and will be filing a lawsuit against Gaudenzia. Kim needs to be fired, I have three techs and a nurse as witnesses.
When I brought my brother here I was told that there were no beds available I explained to them that if my brother leaves here he will be dead tomorrow and so we will wait in the waiting room until a bed opens up I don’t care if we have to sleep in the waiting room we’re not leaving! About 3 hrs later we were filling out forms and getting him a bed this place saved my brothers life!!! The staff were amazing Bob is the coolest Ms.Denise is amazing!
