If I vould give 0 starz I would!!! This place like the others they have is horrible, the staff has picks on who they like and dislike and also are unnecessarily mean they yell at patients when they are on the phone trying to talk to family memebers, they only get 15min at that. The staff consistently lie on patients to get them kicked out I wouldn't send my dog here!!! If you have a family member that needs help don't ever send them here, they need a staff that actually care and want to help people be better not consistently... read more

Forget any negative reviews! This is by far THE BEST recovery center of all times! Let's start with the director... 1st off, he will insure the best after care for your well being. He is exceptionally fair. I messed up time after time and he gave me opportunity after opportunity. The rules of the program is enforced but he seen in me what I couldn't see in myself. I was there for close to 3 and a half months in 2010, Mrs. Nancy changed my life in so many ways. A strong independent woman who understood my pain had been through it herself and never judged! I think about her a lot to this day still, it's why I'm writing this now, she seen in me what everyone else has seen in me; me I still didn't see it at that point. I don't know why it's taken me so long to review this place but here we go. This place is a trap. They bring people in and take advantage of them. If you are there for some legal reason than they will do everything they can to keep you as long as possible. It's supposed to be a 30-90 day program but there were people there for 4 or 5 months when I was there. They all had similar stories and said if they complained than the director or the counselors would threaten to change the dates in the computer to keep them there long... read more

There are barely any counselors. Your daily meetings are led by another patient. Which is an obvious disaster. Men and women are not allowed to speak like it's the 1940s. Getting in to see the doctor is like waiting in line for the first ever iPhone. The staff are heartless psychos who truly seem to thrive on suffering. It's clean. The location is nice. Food isn't terrible.
