Had an appointment by phone and was rudely told that it was switched to in person. When I called to find out why I hadn't received a call I was rudely handled by Desiree the director of the program. She then told me if I wanted to complain to Google the HR number to complain... AND GUESS WHAT DESIREE.... I DID JUST THAT .. I WILL POST AFTER THEY SPEAK WITH HER OFFICE. YOU CAN'T TREAT US ALL LIKE WE STILL USING DRUGS SOME OF US WERE EDUCATED DURING OUR USAGE SO WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO FOLLOW UP AND HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE!!!!!!!!... read more
This pace is horrible... The staff when my wife and I were clients about 2 years ago was very unprofessional...The Counselors couldn't run a meeting to save their life... Sherri, Tom and especially Meg, who has no personal addiction experience, were not qualified to guide a guide dog , much less a recovering addict...if you are serious about your recovery go somewhere else.
