We frequented this restaurant when it was in Fairview Heights and finally got a chance to visit the Highland location. We made it in during happy hour and I got a $5 raspberry margarita. I was prepared for what you might expect from a $5 raspberry margarita, but I was wrong. It was fresh and a perfect balance of tart and sweet without being overly syrupy. Absolutely the worse experience I have had at a restaurant. Food took 2 hours to get to us, my pork chops were hard enough to build a house. The wine I wanted $28 a bottle wasn't available but guess what the $50 was. Shocking I know! we couldn't get limes or lemons. We were told we could not get rice but then minutes latter people were served rice. I spent $150 on a meal I couldn't eat. And the owners wife suggested I maybe needed a sharper knife.
Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere, great food, great service. No complaints about this dinner and will definitely be back.
Salmon tasted way to fishy and dry. It was also cold and my rice was crunchy. I was there for 2 hours and they only refilled my drink one time. I would not recommend this place.
