They agent we worked with was H Howle. He tried to overcharge us on an insurance policy (it felt like a rip-off) and the policy was highly questionable. When we asked questions, he had few answers. We filed a formal complaint with the insurance carrier and the insurance company (not Gatzke) corrected Mr. Howle. The insurance company recommended another agency that handles their policies and we transferred all of our business away from Gatzke.
