DREADFUL STATE OF AFFAIRS HERE TODAY - JUNE 5TH! I COORDINATE PULBOROUGH COMMUNITY TRANSPORT AND TOOK A LADY FROM WEST CHILTINGTON TO HER 11.30 APPOINTMENT TO HAVE A NEW HEARING AID FITTED. WE ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME FOR HER APPOINTMENT. UPON ARRIVAL, SHE WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO SEE HER TODAY SO HER APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED!
