Came into the shop today and asked Rebecca about something but never heard at all in her time of working with pools but she told us to come in with a water sample to test but otherwise awesome customer service and would go there again

Pretty awful experience here. Shopped here twice, wasn’t greeted either time and given blunt answers to my questions (I’m new to pool care/maintenance). I was followed around the shop both times by an older woman and made to feel like a criminal. I haven’t been profiled in some time but it didn’t feel good. Won’t shop here again
