Approx 3 years ago I went to this practice for a covid shot to secure employment. I desperately needed to receive the certificate to commence employment, so I contacted the clinic to have it emailed. The receptionist at the time refused and hung up. I rang approx 9 times and each time she hung up on me saying I was being rude. I have to give them 1 star because I have booked an appointment for my 12 month old vaccination and I could not get vaccine in Toowoomba for Men B and I checked with reception two days prior if they have vaccine available and they put me on hold and check with Nurse and told me that " yes we have Men B vaccine available at our medical center ". So I booked appointment with them and drive to Gatton from Toowoomba and wasted my work leave and travel and they said they don't have a stock. What a poor communication in that medic... read more
We arrived for a blood test at 9am. Still waiting at 10am. A young girl walks in, talks to Tanya, and goes right in for a blood test. Why? Because, we and another patient, didn't PRESS THE BUTTON!!!! We were seen! We took a number!! But we didn't press the button. Sullivan Nicolaides next time. 4Cyte can't see us, how does she find your arm!!!

Can be busy. Waiting times for a booked appointment can vary and run late. Sometimes have to wait a week or more to see doctor of choice, and that's all ok. Staff very friendly and always extremely helpful. Best Doctors surgery. Plenty of Doctor's for choice. Please Note: this surgery has now moved to a new premises.
