Can be busy. Waiting times for a booked appointment can vary and run late. Sometimes have to wait a week or more to see doctor of choice, and that's all ok. Staff very friendly and always extremely helpful. Best Doctors surgery. Plenty of Doctor's for choice. Please Note: this surgery has now moved to a new premises.
I was travelling overseas in a 3rd world country and had a medical emergency and needed to return to Australia for specialist diagnosis and care. The male doctor was dismissive of the medical records and I had to insist on referrals. He refused to refer me to a neurolist despite my handing hime the hospital clinical records. Kelly at the front desk is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Very bad experience.
Receptionists, nursing staff and doctors are friendly, helpful and caring. I recommend them for medical needs.
