Every single staff member in Emergency from reception to triage to xray to treatment were absolutely amazing .

Time wasters, I Went in for serious pain and was refused point blank for any pain relief either there or on a script to fill at a chemist. Now, the staff were polite but they all seemed to be following a script like we were in a horror play where my pain did not matter. They refused to hear what I was saying about how the issue was resolved in the past with a simple injection. I patiently sat through all their methodical tests in order to get some pain relief for what was probably a torn muscle. I had the same issue twice be... read more
I just want to take some time to wholeheartedly THANK the nursing staff , Dr Fatima & D.O.N Terri for their compassion, kindness and service on Friday afternoon after my daughter was assaulted at school. I wasn’t in the best shape after everything but myself and my husband were supported aswell and we are so SO grateful! Also HUGE shout out to Terri, WHAT a blessing it is to Gatton to have this SUPERSTAR as the director of nursing. WOW WOW WOW. Most amazing human.
