If I could do minis 5 stars I would... On Friday the 1st of November, I called from Brisbane, to have flowers sent to my daughter to be delivered for her bday for Monday the 4th of November..... I sat on the phone, and I cried as I spike to the man that took the order, explaining the sadness about how my daughter doesn't speak to me.. So he was more than well aware that this was more than "just sending flowers for her bday".... Did they arrive on Monday the 4th? NOPE... Not until the next day!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
