Will never shop there again, bought a TCL TV from betta electrical in gatton on the 4th February, stopped working on the 11th march, refused to refund me the purchase price, manager was not helpful and was very rude, I only wanted a refund on the tv, I'm only on a pension and needed a refund to help purchase another tv, they wouldn't even offer me a replacement tv, as far as I'm concerned I will never buy anything from there again, very rude, I have always tried to shop local but I will certainly be shopping elsewhere from n... read more

Mostly Great people, they know their products and reasonable prices. Got our fridge in the colour we wanted when listed as no longer available. Changed my mind after returning for quotes on oven, dishwasher, gas hob, and delivery. Prices except delivery were competitive except the arrogant staff member would not match opposition on delivery due to needing delivery in their ute as our drive is extremely steep.
