Had our Patrol 30k service done this morning. What a pleasant surprise, very polite young lady met me at the door, easy book in process. Told her I’d be waiting for service to be done. She arranged for my car to be done straightaway and advised me of a great coffee shop to go to while I waited. Process started at 7:45am got a call at 9:30am car was ready. We have a Holden which has been serviced by Gatton Auto since 2021. So far so good and no complaints. But recently while I was away, our Holden developed a fault. My wife took it to Gatton Auto. They did a "diagnostic" and quoted over $2000 plus parts to fix it by replacing all 8 injectors. I called BS on their diagnosis. When I got home and diagnosed it myself to discover the same fault code. I tried a few common fixes with no result even though the symptom had gone but the fault code remained. Great service, friendly staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. The staff are rude, customer service is extremely poor, and the service advisors struggle to communicate professionally. Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle to either Ipswich or Toowoomba instead.
What a fantastic experience with good old fashioned country service. After several back and forth trying to find the right car for the right budget I found the car for my family and I. Nothing was too hard. Andrew and Ross were very helpful and honest. Saving for the next car
