After a brief power outage, and with power restored, some rooms still were without power. As it wasn't an "emergency", I simply used the form on two different sites to put in a request. The first one responded that same evening, but couldn't make anything until Monday. Jim, of Gatto, called me the following day, but came out within 20 minutes of the call.
