Very disappointed in the service since they changed the GMs. Quality has gone down also. Won't be coming back
I booked a birthday party for my daughter at Gattitown, and it was incredibly disappointing. The staff (especially the host) was unorganized and UNHELPFUL, making the whole experience stressful rather than enjoyable. Despite booking in advance, nothing was set up when we arrived. The service was SUPER SUPER slow, and the employees seemed uninterested in assisting or making the event special for the kids. Additionally, the area was not clean, and the food quality was poor. I wanted to point out to all those wanting to research this place that you note positive reviews by dates! The previous reviews mas in 2014 or before March of this year are when James the previous manager at this establishment was there and when our company worked there doing shows for Gattitown Sugarland during the summers and special holidays and promotions! Not at all the place I once knew and loved!
Don't do it! Don't have your event there! I recommended a Client who was from out of town going by my own dealings when management was different and was extremely disappointed! Not only did the employees mess up their booking! They completely had our event set up and taken by another booking! We were made to wait on starting our event which started at 5:00 while the other party was in our space!
