Had Gatti Plumbing come out August 18th for a leak around the base of a toilet. Two men showed up and said they would have to pull toilet to solve the problem. The also suggested that the tank apparatus be replaced and I agreed. The finish and produced a bill of over $300. I paid the bill. My wife two day later informed me that it was still leaking in the same location. We called on the 22nd and left a message that we needed help. They call on Monday the 24th and informed us they would be charged for a service charge. I call... read more
RecommendedI have come to rely on these folks. The quality repirs nd cusomer service are outstanding. Used them for my last house and continue to use them at our new house, the crews are impressive. I highly recommend their use.

The folks at Gatti are great. Dealing with a septic problem is never fun. During a global crisis, ten times worse. These guys responded quickly, showed up on time, worked diligently in the cold rain and discovered the problem. I am so grateful. Thank you, Gatti and company!
A few guys from Gatti Plumbing just left the house. They did a great and professional job and I would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and proficient at what they do.
Gatti Plumbing has the best, friendliest and most skilled people on staff. We called them at 7:30 this morning, a plumber was at the house before 8am and finished and on his way by 8:45am. He was prepared, had all the parts he needed in his truck and was very courteous and respectful of our home. Thank you Gatti for providing exceptional customer service when people are stressed out! Not all plumbing companies care.
Great service...fast and affordable
THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! We had an emergency situation with a leak from a broken spigot and we had to shut off the water to our whole house. I spoke with Emily when I called and we had a plumber, MARK at our house within the hour! He was extremely efficient, professional and understanding. He even installed a separate shut off valve in the basement for the spigot! For plumbing, we won't call anyone else! Thank you!
