The communication was extremely important to me relating to my case. The office was very responsive to my every call. Specifically, Lucy Johnston. During the course of my case, my spouse passed away, Lucy was extra sensitive to my needs at that time. It felt very personal. Sandra in the Memphis office was always very helpful as well. You can tell they all led with their hearts and with genuine concern.
They made the whole process of my case easy. While having some medical issues they were very compassionate and very understanding. They had great communication through out the whole process. Thanks so much.
Ashlyn Eddie was Great to deal with. She always kept me up-to-date and let me know everything that was going on and how things were progressing. I would definitely recommend this firm and especially Ashlyn.
Lucy Johnston was by far the best to work with! After my wreck I was so overwhelmed on what to do and where to start! I contacted them and from the moment they answered they have made everything so easy on me and my family! I’m so happy that this chapter has closed, but it sure is bittersweet to say goodbye!
