Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
