Gatsby Glass did a great job for us. They came when they said they would at each step of the process. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The new door, hardware and mirror all look perfect! Our installers did a great job. We appreciated that they even cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the quality of material and the service they provided us.

Communication was not great, the bid didn’t come when they said it would, so I had to contact them to say I had not gotten their bid. After we accepted the bid, they said it would be one to two weeks to get the installation done. Four weeks later I contacted them to say I had gotten no response to schedule the installation.
