Communication was not great, the bid didn’t come when they said it would, so I had to contact them to say I had not gotten their bid. After we accepted the bid, they said it would be one to two weeks to get the installation done. Four weeks later I contacted them to say I had gotten no response to schedule the installation. They responded back to me quickly and got me right on their schedule. The installers notified me in the time that was scheduled and said they were on their way. I make wood furniture and I needed a piece of glass for a project. Gatsby Glass gave me the time of day even though it was a small job. Ryan was easy to work with and helped me choose the perfect thickness and profile for the job. The glass was cut accurately to size and the project came out great.
