Gatsby Glass did a remarkable job with our shower door. They were timely and professional. Matt measured with precision. The materials are quality and the hardware is a near perfect match for our faucets. We cannot recommend them enough!
Today, Gatsby Glass of Lexington sent Mathew and Moses to repair our glass shower door. They did a great job! They arrived on time, were knowledgeable and friendly! The door was repaired perfectly and they left the area clean. We will definitely ask for Mathew and Moses again.
Took my money and disappeared. I paid $1,700 deposit to install a shower glass door. They told me it will take 2 weeks to get it in and then I will be contacted to schedule the installation. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I've been trying to call them for the past few days trying to get ahold of somebody to give me a status update, but they keep telling me they can't reach the manager, and somebody will call me back. So far it seems that I have been scammed of $1,700.
Our shower glass is beautiful and fits perfectly. Matt Dunaway was very professional, friendly, and did excellent work for us. We would be happy to have his help again any time. (And you should give him a big raise because he makes your company look really good!)
