I called Gatsby Glass and asked for a consultation for a large wall mirror for our gym facility and a glass shower. They made me an appointment. My wife and I stayed home to meet the estimator, but he never arrived. After 30 minutes, I called and they said they were sorry and would have him call me. I waited a day and a half, still no call from the estimator. I called again. The guy told me he would escalate it to management and they would call me. Now another day...no call. Do they want business?
