Giving 5 stars because Salvador and Jose did a great job with the install and they don't deserve to be punished for Gatsby's management failures. Gatsby - Your communication is off-the-charts terrible. We sent in our half-down up front and then got total silence for almost a week despite us emailing and calling. Gatsby Glass was amazing! I broke my bedroom window playing soccer with my kids, and within 2 days they had it replaced. In fact, I literally cannot tell that it is not the original window. Great pricing too!
I am very satisfied with their professional service. I had five glass doors, and one of them was broken. I searched online, but no company was able to make a replacement glass panel that would exactly match the other four. This company has specialized equipment that can accurately detect the glass color, Low-E coating, thickness, and other specifications. My dog ran into my arched mirror and knocked it over, shattering it. Gatsby glass picked up the mirror, replaced the glass, and delivered it back to my house for a reasonable price, less than what I had been quoted by other places. They replaced it with a sturdier glass and it looks great. John was very easy to work with and made the process super convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Gatsby glass again if needed!
