I call this company Im a contractor ask them to come to one of my projects to fix central vacuum system. I told him I saw the sticker on the unit in the garage and the guy tell me we dont trust contractors so were not going to send no one, I couldnt believe that This is very bad. I dont recommend this company to now one specially, not to contractors

First, I was ecstatic to find a vacuum repair service; they are scarce as the proverbial hens' teeth these days, and this one is a gem. I have a 33-year-old Electrolux canister and almost expected to face an attitude of "don't bother; it's not worth repairing." On the contrary, owner Robert knew exactly what he was dealing with and commented cited the exact age of my machine. Please do not give this establishment your business. Please make sure you read all the negative reviews because they are spot on based on my own experiences here. Of course he comes back with a snappy retort on the reviews, as he does in person and on the phone. I have found the owner to be rude, condescending and pushy. The only time he was ever pleasant to me was when I purchased a product from him. I recently took my vacuum in for biannual service and I was not given back my vacuum. The owner of this company is rude and disrespectful.I bought my central vacuum from him two years ago.I bought a new hose from him as well.Two months ago I bought an additional hose.I have also bought all types of extra parts from him.I called him today because I learned after using my system for the first time Monday July 4th that when using it the hose does not stay in the metal tube you hold to vacuum.I explained my housekeeper usually uses it.When I basked her today if she had the same problem she said yes.So when I trie... read more

I have spent so much money trying to fix my vacuum and they have still not been able to fix it. And then the owner yelled at me. Horrible company do not use!

I brought my vacuum cleaner to them. It was working but the suction wasn't as strong as when I first bought it. First I had to call them daily to get someone to look at it I kept being told I kept being told they're going to look at it today and call you but they didn't. Finally I called again somebody got on the phone and told me that the motor was shot it was making a loud screeching sound.
