Shrimp was not fully cooked on PoBoy. Also, they were charging extra for using a debit card which I felt was wrong. Colorado allows businesses to charge for credit cards, but not debit cards.
I had Bryce and his team cater a graduation celebration dinner for 25 people and everything was fantastic! As a former New Orleanian, I'm happy to report that seasoning, food quality and portions were LEGIT Cajun!
Delicious! I’ve never had catfish before and I tried it on a whim. It was so delicious. I love the garlic bread as well!
Love the gator bites and the remoulade that comes with them. Also just tried the Cajun fries with cheese, gravy, and sour cream— delicious! One of our favorite food trucks in town.
