I had never received my deposit after moving out, following all of the rules, 30 days notice, sweep and clean, picture of empty unit. Numerous calls and same old story about doing it soon.
This is a great place to store a car or trailer. The guy who runs it is very polite and professional and understands the needs of his customers. Good place to do business with!

I recently retired from a career with the US government. During my tenure I moved several times and often needed temporary storage. This location of Gator State Storage in PSJ is, by far, the best managed facility I ever rented from. Clean, professional and secure. The on site manager is amazingly responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend.
