Excellent security group with great employees. Will be using the for my upcoming store.
Inferior product and inferior service. Owner gets defensive when you bring facts. The company claims to be a 24/7 service. I called the published numbers on 3 occasions after 5 pm, within a 3 months span, leaving a voice in the after hours dispatch, not the general mailbox, to no avail. The next day, I was offered a bunch of excuses - the forward line may not be working. I asked my user ID to be enabled , 3 months later to no avail. ALWAYS a problem w/ this company. As a Mad Beach resident I watched them mismanage everts here for years! Staff undereducated on the locals considerations. Gave them one star because you cant post a review.
