Outstanding service from start to finish. James and his team were quick, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed. Their pricing was more than fair, and they took the time to explain the work without any pressure or upselling. Danielle kept in constant contact with updates. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and efficient—highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
The guys here are top notch, had 4 new tires installed along with 4 TPM sensors great price highly recommended!!!!
I strongly advise avoiding Gator Auto Repair Shop. They charged me a whopping $1,100 for replacing my water pump (even though I supplied the part myself!) and installing a new battery. What should have been a 5-hour job dragged on for an astonishing **two weeks**.
