Took my pontoon there to have the trim motor replaced. Specifically asked for original equipment manufactured products, otherwise known as OEM. Went to have the part installed and it was identical to one that I ordered off Amazon for a couple hundred bucks. They also told me it was gonna take four hours to install. The guy got a little upset with me because I questioned if it was OEM because again, I had the identical part at my house shipped from the same place. My wife left a review and Gator replied and called it a "Fake Review" so I'll provide more detail so everyone knows who they are dealing with when working with Gator. Our boat was overheating this summer so I called Gator and after replacing the water pump and charging ($1800 – which included an oil change) they returned the boat. However, within 10 min of using the boat, it overheated again. They returned to pick up the boat , but this time they wanted another $4500 to rebuild to the top end of the engine. They charged us $1800 and return the boat in worse condition than it was. While working on our boat, they ripped off most of buttons on our boat cover. How careless is that?! After promising to fix, they never showed up. Have not dealt with a business with less customer care.
