I drove far out of my way to buy an office chair for my home office. I am a previous customer of Gator Office Products both for my business and personally. Walking into the office, I was told I could only see furniture in their warehouse by appointment- I would have to call in and schedule an appointment. Don't see any advertising as "appointment only". Very disappointing and they just lost a repeat customer.
I've been here twice, and it was a little bit ago. I'm sorry to say, I forget the young man's name who helped me both times. But he was courteous, helpful, and I've been very happy with both purchases I made.
Excellent service, wonderful products, prompt and courteous delivery.
