The tech guy RUSSELL is the nicest, kindest, very professional and also listens to what a person has to say!!! Give that man a little raise he deserves it !!!!!!
We had Russell as our tech, he's a great guy! Very professional and respectful, he even completely wrapped up our water hose after he was done. Highly recommend him for your service!
Very slow to respond
Half of the products we sell melted due to their promises saying today tomorrow today tomorrow could’ve told me it was gonna take 4 days instead of saying today tomorrow. I called another company they came and fixed it right away with parts in their truck with great customer service replying to calls
