They don't even deserve a 1 star. Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! This company charged me 600 to repair a Leaky ac unit and 2 days later ac started leaking twice as much as it was leaking before. I called several times to see if they could come out they said they would and did but didn't fix the problem. The same technician came out " Mike" and still didn't fix the issue. Difficult to get a hold of, they don't return calls or respond to calls.
The tech guy RUSSELL is the nicest, kindest, very professional and also listens to what a person has to say!!! Give that man a little raise he deserves it !!!!!!
We had Russell as our tech, he's a great guy! Very professional and respectful, he even completely wrapped up our water hose after he was done. Highly recommend him for your service!
