I do not recommend Gator Golf. They did not honor the price I agreed to at time of ordering. They raised price over $1000 at time of delivery. The cart obviously sat in the rain and wasn't clean at delivery. Delivery driver said detail guy was on vacation. Recently having owned the cart only 8 months, the cart would die and have to be turned off and back on to continue. Gator Golf wanted to charge $250 for pick-up and delivery for warranty work. I just purchased a late model golf cart, with a lithium battery, which is fairly new technology, I can not thank Paul enough for time he dedicated to my wife and I, at the Naples store, and at our home, when he made a house call after hours, (yes you heard me correctly, he came after hours to my home), he took time to educate us about this new battery, and updated us with a more efficient battery charging system. Very unhappy with Gator golf cars. We bought a new Club golf cart in 2016 with a warranty of 4 years for the batteries. I personally filled up the golf batteries with distilled water on Sept. 16, 2019. In early October the golf batteries were not holding charge. Called Gator Golf Cars on Oct. 3 & the golf cart was picked up and we were told by service dept. that batteries had dry cells and needed replaced and they would not warrant the guarantee.
