Had to use them because my daughter's car broke down on a trip across Texas. We were stuck using them. Alternator install took 2 days. They should've bench tested the remanufactured alternator. Duh They had to reinstall and it cost me an extra night motel bill at a dump motel. They promised to give my daughter a ride to and from the hotel but refused to pick her up. And par for the course, they refused to fix an electrical problem that occurred while they were installing the alternator. They only had excuses about it. Unprof... read more
Not many places in Anahuac to get repairs done. Ppl here were nice, took a lot longer than it should have to put on front pads (that I provided) ended up having to leave vehicle over night. But they got the work done and have no problems. I'll go back when I need more work done!
