Update: Tom reached out and we have reached an agreement. So far so good. Willing to update rating again once deal is done. Absolute scam. The service department is a total scam. Our personal mechanic diagnosed an issue with the TCM. We have it towed to Gator for warranty repair. When they diagnose it, they say no it's the clutch... not TCM. Ok fine, we pay $3000 for repair. We picked it up on Monday. On Tuesday we are stranded on I-275. Tow it back and now.... miraculously they tell us the TCM needs replaced!! Less than 24 ... read more
