My wife and I were working on our new fence and Ryan was working on staining a fence nearby. He came over and offered a suggestion that would help us to install the railings easier. Someone drove into my fence, smashed 2 panels and damaged a post. HOA was responsible for this fence and had Ryan out the day after I called. It was 22 degrees and 15mph wind blowing sideways, I figured they would cancel. But, Ryan and crew came in, pulled the damaged fencing, cleaned the broken wood scattered in my yard, put in a new post, and built two new panels all in about an hour. Ryan installed our fence at our new house in May. There is one board that is completely warped and we have left voicemails and text messages for him since June. He will not respond at all.
