First, the owner/operator is very nice and seemingly a little overwhelmed. Secondly, we were very understanding he had a move he had to accommodate. Thirdly, if there is a lot of stuff going on explain to your customers that it would be better to reschedule when things calm down a bit. Lastly, the work at that shop is incredibly lacking. They had our truck for almost 3 weeks to troubleshoot wiring, a misfire, and install new lights. After about 5 hours of troubleshooting they gave up, their words.
