Dont buy from these guys if your looking for a cart. If you need to buy spare replacement parts they wont sell them to you. I was looking for screw tabs, which commonly fall out, they would only do full product warranty replacement. WHAT A WASTE. If your out of warranty or dont have the parts, your crap out of luck.

Terrible customer service. After reaching out with an enquiry through the official form, I had to open a support ticket 3 weeks later to request a response. It's been more than 10 weeks now and even the support ticket remains ignored . Absolutely awful company.

Morrow Audio purchased two large custom roadcases almost big enough to put a harley davidson in each. The first case fell off of a high stack in transit but we had no idea when we received it as it was not bent, busted, or damaged that we could tell in any way (other than scuffs/scratches of course) despite having over 600 pounds of material inside.
