Called in for assistance finding a case for my bass that's an absurd size. Couldn't find one(even the makers of the bass don't have one) but Dale was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try get me taken care of. Thank you so much, you're awesome!
Gator Cases makes excellent products and has built a reputation for quality for a reason. Their cases are durable, reliable, and designed with musicians and their gear in mind. Whether you’re transporting equipment to shows, rehearsals, or taking it on the road, it’s great having the extra peace of mind knowing your gear is protected. Great quality, dependable products, and a company I would absolutely recommend to other musicians and people working in the music industry.
I find it hard pressed to give anybody a one-star rating. I stopped by to inquire about a bulk purchase of product. The customer service, product knowledge, or even willingness to find an answer was, simply put, inadequate. I felt I was being shooed away than rather being treated as a customer
Enquired about buying a keyboard stand and keyboard case (I’m based in the UK 🇬🇧) emailed the dealer over here, they ignored me, emailed Gator and they ignored me, even messaged the CEO of Gator on Linkedin and she ignored me, I’ll never ever buy anymore Gator products again, even though I’ve spent thousands of £££ on cases, bags and other products… awful customer service as far as I’m concerned 😕 I’m done!
Dont buy from these guys if your looking for a cart. If you need to buy spare replacement parts they wont sell them to you. I was looking for screw tabs, which commonly fall out, they would only do full product warranty replacement. WHAT A WASTE. If your out of warranty or dont have the parts, your crap out of luck.
