Shane was awesome to work with... seemed honest with prices and really made it a great experience!!! Installation, was a little more challenging. They just need to work on coming on the days scheduled and promptness of time. We would totally use them again, I would just make sure we were a little more on top of the installation process. Referred them to our neighbors and they had the same experience w installation on promptness.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Went not knowing exactly what we wanted and due to their help, we picked out 2 carpets, had an appointment to measure, and walked out with samples within 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
James and Gary were great. Carpet installation went even better than expected. Highly recommend!
Great experience with gator carpet & tile. Great customer service. I went and picked out some samples and then when John came out to measure he brought the samples I picked out to decide which one was best. He answered every question I had. Gary and James did a great job installing. They explained everything they were going to do. They did such an amazing job with the installation. They put my furniture back where it was and cleaned up very well. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.
